Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations for courses or services can be requested within 24 hours of purchase, provided access to digital content has not been initiated.

• Once a course or digital service has been accessed, cancellations are not permitted.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are applicable only if:

  • The course/service was not delivered as promised, OR

  • There was a duplicate transaction due to a technical error.

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refund will be credited to your original payment method with in 7 days
