  1. Refund Eligibility

    • If you cancel within 7 days of enrollment/purchase and course has not commenced or no content accessed, full refund less bank/payment gateway charges.

    • After course start or content access/download, no refund.

  2. Cancellation by Student

    • To cancel, send written request (email) with name, course name etc.

    • If cancellation request is before course begins and within permitted window (7 days), refund as per above.

    • If request comes after course begins, or content has been accessed, no refund.

  3. Cancellation by Tofu Digital

    • If we cancel a course (for any reason, e.g. low enrollment), full refund of fees paid.

  4. Non-Refundable Items

    • Application fees, registration fees, any custom/mentorship sessions already held.

  5. Refund Processing

    • After approval, refunds processed back to original payment method.

    • Takes up to 15-30 business days (depending on bank/payment gateway).

  6. Force Majeure

    • In events outside our control (natural disasters, government lockdowns etc.), we may reschedule; refunds depend on circumstances.
